Fists are Fist Weapons in Demon's Souls.
Fists are available to the player by default should they have no weapons equipped. Leveling up Strength increases the damage dealt by a standard punch by about 1.25 points. Their short range, poor scaling, and low attack power makes most other weapons a more effective choice, unless the player has very high Strength.
