- A dagger coated with plague. The blade is curved like a talon.
- Often used by woman and children for assassination. Among the various unique weapons, this one is especially sinister.
Availability[]
- Found on a corpse behind the altar in the Fool's Idol's arena.
- Dropped by Sage Freke upon death.
Characteristics[]
The Baby's Nail is the only weapon in the game capable of inflicting Plague on enemies. This, combined with its fast attack speed and effectively non-existent stat requirements, makes it relatively effective against NPCs, who rarely have significant Plague resistance. Many enemies that can be poisoned can also contract the Plague.
